GivApp also enables you to send in app notifications. This can provide a simple, quick touch to thank a donor or announce an upcoming event. We know Executive Directors, Pastors and their staff are very creative. We’ve created these tools and encourage you to unleash your creativity as you seek new ways to connect with donors. You can create and control the content through The Portal, GivApp’s proprietary enterprise software.

Reporting

The Portal also provides your organization with donor and donation reports with a variety of filters to make getting the information you need quickly and efficiently.

From the dashboard you can get a quick snapshot of the financial information most important to you.

Reports are easily accessible and downloadable. This makes integrating your GivApp donation information with your bookkeeping software fast and simple.

While GivApp makes it easy for your donors to track their giving throughout the year. At the end of the year donors can also access the tax documents right from the app. However, you can also generate these documents from The Portal as necessary.

To make GivApp your single fundraising and donation solution, we have also made it easy for you to add donors who gave outside the GivApp platform. Whether they’ve given by check or some other donor system your organization uses, you can quickly add new donors and their donation info to The Portal.

Donor Management System

With our “tiled” design you can also access all of the other helpful features the portal provides. Gaining access donor information is just click away. Whether you need a phone number, email or home address, or other pertinent

The Donor Management System (DMS) also enable you and your staff to keep detailed notes of conversations and interactions with donors. This can prove invaluable as you seek to build strong, lasting relationships with donors.

A detailed Activity Log is also provided in the DMS. This view provides not only a list of notes and communications by date, but also information about past donations at a glance.

Our modal view enables you to access much of this information without leaving your current screen. We love this feature as it creates efficiencies in your work flow, while making access to donor information just a click away.
